The roofing is a plastisol coated steel standing seam type of sheet around 20 years old. The end laps had begun to corrode and were in need of repairs. We used the Giromax Seamsil 100 system with a 10 year guarantee from Giromax  to give the roof a new lease of life.

The existing galvanised steel boundary wall gutters were also in need of attention and were starting to leak. These were cleaned out, abraded to a firm base and were then lined with a single ply membrane liner with a guarantee from Renolit of 20 years.
